Directions and Maps

From South or Richmond I-95 North Bound:
Take Exit #74C, Medical College of Virginia Exit, stay to the left and take Broad Street, State Capitol, Coliseum Exit. Take a Right (West) on Broad Street to North 3rd Street. Turn right onto 3rd Street travel ¼ of a block turn right into the Greater Richmond Convention Center's Parking Deck.


From North of Richmond I-95 South/64 East Bound:
Exit I-95 to the I-64 East/Third Street Exit #75. Bear right for 3rd Street (Do not go straight on the junction, it will take you to I-64 East). Travel ahead to 3rd and Marshall Streets. The Greater Richmond Convention Center's Parking Deck will be on the left on 3rd Street.


From West of Richmond I 64 East Bound to I-95 South to 64 East Bound:
Interstate 64 East to junction Interstate 95 South to I-64 East/Third Street Exit#75. Bear right for 3rd Street (Do not go straight on the junction, it will take you to I-64 East). Travel ahead to 3rd and Marshall Streets. The Greater Richmond Convention Center's Parking Deck will be on the left on 3rd Street.


From South West of Richmond Via VA-288 N toward VA-76-Toll North Powhite Parkway:
From VA-288 N toward VA-76-Toll North Powhite Parkway, take the exit toward VA-76-Powhite Parkway/Lucks Lane/Hunter Road. Take the VA-76-Toll North Powhite exit towards Richmond. Merge onto the Downtown Expressway / I-195 South / VA-195 E (Portions toll). Take the Byrd Street exit toward 2nd Street. Turn left onto 2nd Street. Turn Right onto Marshall Street. Turl Right onto 3rd Street. The Greater Richmond Convention Center's Parking Deck will be on your immediate Left.


From East of Richmond I-64 West Bound (from Airport):
Exit #190 Fifth Street exit. Proceed to Fifth and Jackson Streets. Turn right onto Jackson Street and proceed to Third Street. Turn left onto Third Street travel 3 blocks (to 3rd & Marshall Streets) and turn left into the Greater Richmond Convention Center's Parking Deck on 3rd Street.

Parking

There are several parking decks around the Greater Richmond Convention Center.  They are at the following locations.

Convention Center Garage-3rd St. and Marshall St.
Marriot Garage -5th St. and Broad St.
Standard Parking Garage-1st St. and Marshall St.
Richmond Parking Garage- 2nd St. and Marshall St.
Parkway Parking Garage-5th St. and Jackson St.
Standard Parking Garage-600 N. 7th Street

We encourage guests to carpool as much as possible, both from your locality to Richmond, and from your lodging to the Convention center.  In addition to the parking decks, there is also some street parking available in the area, however, there are several other fairly large events in the area around the Convention Center that evening.  Plan on arriving early to find parking.

Dress Code

The dress code for the reception and dinner is business/evening attire. Black tie optional The dress code for the rest of the weekend is business casual.

Registration

Guests who reserved individual tickets or sponsors who did not receive their credentials in the mail will need to check-in at the registration tables in the atrium.  Early registration will be starting at 12:00pm in the atrium of the Convention Center.  Early registration opens noon and will be open for guests participating in JJ events throughout the day.  Guests should enter the atrium of using the doors at the corner of 5th St. and Marshall St., or through the skywalk bridge from the Convention Center parking deck. 

In the atrium, registration will be conducted at tables alphabetized by last name of the ticket purchaser.  Proceed to your alpha-group, and register by last name.  The ticket purchaser must pick up all of the tickets purchased under his/her name.   A registration volunteer will give you your credentials.  If you are a sponsor attending a VIP reception, you will be escorted to the VIP reception location.  If you are attending the general reception, you will go through a credential checkpoint and into the JJ General Reception.  No guests will be permitted beyond the credential checkpoint without an official credential.  For security reasons, there will be no exceptions.

There will be an Information Kiosk open all day on Saturday for any JJ related questions.  It will be located in the atrium of Convention Center.
