Grassroots Inaugural Gala and Benefit for Arlington Food Assistance Center (2009 Local Inaugural Event)
The event is designed to make it possible for the volunteers who knocked on doors, made phone calls and did all the other front line work to afford a real party.
Our event is for 500 people. So far, we have sold half of our tickets, but we would like to have a good sized donation for AFAC, so we would like to get the word out as far as we can.
As you can see in the attachment, our tickets are being sold directly by the State Theatre for $50, so there is no formal RSVP. For questions people should contact me at mcoxepstein@yahoo.com.
