There's a state law regulating what you can wear to the polls. If you wear anything that displays the likeness of a candidate, you will be turned away from the polls on November 4, Election Day.
The law was designed to keep candidates or parties from interfering or distracting voters during the voting process. So that means campaign signs, buttons, hats, t-shirts, lapel pins, bracelets, that endorse any candidate is not allowed within 40 feet of an entrance to a polling place. Read More »
