Moran Statement on the passing of Larry Dillard

Richmond, VA – Democratic Party of Virginia Chairman Brian Moran released the following statement today in response to the sudden passing of Larry Dillard, a long-time Communications Director to Congressman Bobby Scott:

“On behalf of the Democratic Party of Virginia, I want to express my most heartfelt condolences to Larry Dillard’s family and friends, as well as to Congressman Scott, his staff and the constituents they serve as they cope with this profound loss.

“Larry was a stellar public servant who devoted much of his life to fighting for the people of this Commonwealth and this nation. He will be dearly missed, but his legacy will continue in those whom he helped through his many years of dedicated service.”
