“I supported it before I didn’t support it”
Posted by Greg on Tuesday, July 31
As summer is in full bloom and the campaigns for the General Assembly heat up, Marc Cadin has chosen July as the month to bust out his summer flip-flops.
As late as June 28th, 2007 Mr. Cadin had plastered his support for the 2007 Transportation Act all over his website, but it appears that in as little as a few weeks, Mr. Cadin has withdrawn his support for the General Assembly first transportation plan in over two decades.
In June he stated that he, “applaud[ed] the Republican General Assembly’s passage” of the bill, calling the bill, “the most sweeping transportation legislation in a generation,” and “a good first step.”
He called on the Governor to “recognize the leadership of the General Assembly on this issue” and to “sign this bill into law.”
But as summer months come and go so do Mr. Cadin’s support of various issues.
Today on Mr. Cadin’s website…
Nothing but the sounds of crickets, with no mention of his support for the transportation plan.
