DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF VIRGINIA CONDEMNS KKK ACTIVITY IN MANASSAS
Richmond- The Democratic Party of Virginia today issued strong criticism for KKK leaflets recently distributed in Manassas.
"The notion that anyone doesn't belong here based on racial ethnicity or national origin is repulsive and its un-American," said Del. Donald McEachin, DPVA Vice Chair for Outreach. "The so-called values espoused by the Klan and Klan sympathizers are NOT values shared by Virginians. That kind of hate-mongering doesn't belong here in the Commonwealth."

The press release is welcomed but how about making a comment on the hateful resolution that was passed by the Board of County Supervisors. This resolution which allegedly is aimed at undocumented residents is in fact aimed at the Latino community of PWC. I do not think that without singling out Latinos or those who resemble Latinos the County Govt. can not tell who is here legally or is a citizen. The two Democrats helped the Republican majority by making the vote unanimous.
