Cadin’s attack falls flat
Posted by Greg on Tuesday, August 14
A few weeks ago, we wrote that House candidate Marc Cadin had a very timely change of heart on this year’s transportation plan.
Cadin had written a lengthy two-paragraph entry on the plan, calling it “a good step forward” and “the most sweeping transportation legislation in a generation.”

But while you were out enjoying your summer, that section was quietly overwritten, deleting any mention of Cadin’s previous support. You can see the new version here.
Now we might be able to understand that, especially since he’s not the only flip-flopping Republican this year. Far from it!
But we do have to raise issue with his latest mail piece. Take a look:

Yes, you read that right. Just a few months ago, Marc Cadin was “applaud[ing] the Republican General Assembly” for passing this year’s transportation plan. Now he’s attacking Del. Chuck Caputo for the exact same thing.
Sounds to us like Cadin’s been spending too much time with the Republican caucus.
